Nevada annual list deadline
A Nevada business files its annual list, and renews its State Business License, by the last day of the month in which it was formed. A foreign business uses the anniversary of its qualification to do business in Nevada.
Checked against official Nevada sources on Oct 1, 2026. Filewell is a private filing service, not the Nevada Secretary of State.
What the law says
“on or before the last day of the month in which the anniversary date of its organization occurs”
Filing early
In practice, file within the 90 days before the due date.
“more than 90 days before its due date shall be deemed an amended list for the previous year”
After the deadline
A business that misses the due date is in default, and Nevada adds a $75 annual list penalty and a $100 business license penalty. A domestic entity's charter is revoked about a year later if it still hasn't filed; reinstatement costs extra.
“On the first day of the first anniversary of the month following the month in which the filing was required, the charter of the corporation is revoked”
Your options
File it yourself. File online at orion.nv.gov for the state fees: $150 Annual List fee + $200 State Business License fee for an LLC. You don't need a filing service.
Get free reminders. Find your business and we'll email you before its next due date. Nothing to buy.
Filewell filing for Nevada isn't open yet. When it is, our service fee will be shown separately from the state fees before you pay.
Questions
Does Nevada send a reminder?
Nevada sends a notice, but the law says not receiving one doesn't excuse the penalty.
How do I find my anniversary month?
It's the month your business was formed or qualified in Nevada, shown on the Secretary of State's business record.
